The bib is inlaid between the two cross-back straps, adjustable with buttons sewn into the waistband. The gathered skirt is linked to the bib by the waistband, which is adjustable with a tone-on-tone panty elastic - an extreme refinement - to fit every little girl's waistline once the 2 wooden buttons on each side are closed.
