Shipping & Returns
In order to offer you a wider choice of products, we have pooled our stocks with our shops. If a piece is in one of our shops, the delivery time may be a little longer as we have to collect it to complete your order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE
All items in the collection can be exchanged or refunded. The exchange request by the user must be made by email to email@example.com within fourteen working days from the date of receipt or collection of the package. Once the return has been accepted, the customer will receive an agreement by e-mail, and must then return the products in perfect condition, with their label and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the return acceptance e-mail.
For foreign countries, the customer must specify to the customs services that it is a "return for non-conformity".
It is up to the user to keep all proof of this return and its date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of an exchange, the customer will not be charged for the new delivery costs.
The exchange will either be in the form of a credit note to be deducted from a future purchase (it cannot be used for the purchase of an item of a lower value), or by a refund within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs are at the user's expense and depend on the country of delivery and/or the weight sent. They will be specified to the customer when the order is confirmed.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user anywhere in the world.
EMILE ET IDA reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of the products. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer, as from the exit of the product from the warehouse.
Orders are processed within three working days of receipt. Delivery times start from this date. Except in cases of force majeure, they will be, within the limits of available stocks and as far as possible, 72 hours for France and 4 to 8 working days for foreign countries depending on the destination.

Delivery times may be longer during sales, end of series, sales and/or promotions.
Deliveries are made for France in Colissimo & for the international in COLISSIMO followed. EMILE ET IDA does not deliver to post office boxes. The parcel is given against signature to the addressee (except exceptional period COVID-19).
In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in the mailbox of the recipient. The addressee has 15 days to come and collect it at the post office.

Returns can be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt or collection of the package.

Pour toute livraison en dehors de l'Union Européenne, y compris le Royaume-Uni, des frais de douane et taxes supplémentaires peuvent être appliquées et sont à la charge du client.
Pour le click & collect, les retraits et retours sont gratuits dans les boutiques de Emile et ida, sans minimum d'achat.
Pour les commandes livrées en France Métropolitaine et supérieures à 100 € les frais de port sont offerts et 250 € pour l'international.
En cas de retard, la responsabilité de EMILE ET IDA ne pourra être engagée et ce, pour quelque raison que ce soit. Par conséquent, aucune demande d'indemnisation, de quelque nature que ce soit, ne pourra être réclamée par l'utilisateur à EMILE ET IDA.
