Shipping costs are payable by the user and depend on the country of delivery and/or the weight sent. They will be specified to the customer when the order is confirmed.
Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the user anywhere in the world.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 in France and over €250 worldwide.
1-2 working days in metropolitan France in express shipping
2-5 working days in Europe in standard shipping
5-10 working days for the rest of the world in standard shipping
Orders are processed within three working days of receipt. Delivery times start from this date. Except in cases of force majeure, they will be, within the limits of available stocks and as far as possible, 72 hours for France and 4 to 8 working days for foreign countries depending on the destination.
EMILE ET IDA reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of the products. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer, as from the exit of the product from the warehouse.

Please note that for orders outside the EU, return customs charges are at the customer's expense, and processing times may be longer.

During special promotional periods, to offer you a wider choice of products, we pool our stocks with those of our Paris boutiques. As a result, you may receive your order in several packages, and shipping times may therefore be longer.
In the event of delay, EMILE ET IDA cannot be held responsible for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, EMILE ET IDA shall not be held liable for any compensation of any nature whatsoever.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
To make a return, simply visit our returns portal and follow all the instructions.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense:
- For France, a prepaid label will be generated for the return, amounting to €5.90, which will be deducted from the refund.
- For all countries outside France, the customer must return the parcel by his own means. The customer is responsible for return customs charges (DAP). The customer must specify to customs that the return is for "non-conformity". If they are not paid, Emile et Ida will pay them in advance, but they will be deducted from your refund.
All items in the collection are eligible for a refund (excluding personalization)*.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, never worn or washed, with their label and in their original packaging to the following address:

It is the customer's responsibility to keep all proof of this return and its date.
Returns may be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt or collection of the parcel.
After receipt and verification of compliance with return instructions, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 15 days.
*Returns on embroidered products are not accepted, as these are personalized products.
Why are return shipping costs at the customer's expense?
Also, we're a very small company, we work with very competitive prices, and 90% of our production is ethically produced in Europe, which is a responsible choice, but it comes at a cost. We finance the delivery costs on our side, but we can't finance the return costs either.
So it's a well-considered choice, motivated by both ethical and economic considerations.
