Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.
The list of available countries will be displayed when you select your delivery address. We reserve the right not to deliver to certain locations. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

For all deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and additional taxes may be applied above a certain amount and are payable by the customer. Customers are advised to check the rates applied in their country in advance.

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties and the item is returned to us, shipping, return, and logistics costs will be applied and deducted from the refund.

What are the delivery times and costs in France and wolrldwide?

To Metropolitan France:

  • €5 to a Mondial Relay or Colissimo pickup point within 3 business days
  • €8.50 for express home delivery by Chronopost within 1 to 2 business days

International shipping:

  • €8 for certain EU countries to Mondial Relay points within 3 to 6 business days
  • From €12 for Europe with Chronopost express home delivery within 2 to 5 days
  • From €25 to €40 for the rest of the world with DHL express delivery within 5 to 10 days

Shipping costs are calculated directly in the shopping cart and are payable by the customer. They vary depending on the destination country and delivery method. Free shipping is available for orders over €150 in France and €250 for certain European countries*, the USA, and Canada.

*Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, United Kingdom, Norway, Monaco. Orders are processed by our warehouse in Troyes (France) within three business days of receipt. Delivery times are calculated from this date.

*Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only by our shipping providers and may also vary depending on the time of year. The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for verifying their address before placing their order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to the sender and the customer will have to place their order again.

Return and refund

How do I make an international return?

We invite you to visit our returns portal to register your return. Then go to your post office to send your package back to the following address:

We are unable to provide a return label for countries not listed above. Customs fees for both delivery and return are the responsibility of the customer (DAP). You must inform customs that this is a “return due to non-compliance.” If these fees are not paid, Emile et Ida will advance the payment, but they will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return an item in France and Europe?

We invite you to visit our returns portal and follow all the steps. You can then use the prepaid label provided to return your package. The cost of the label, which varies from €5.90 (in France) to €7.50 (in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal), will be deducted from your refund.

And what about the environmental impact?

With regard to returns, we do not cover return shipping costs, unlike some major retailers who do so to encourage purchases. That is not our policy. We strive to promote responsible and mindful consumption and aim to minimize our carbon footprint as much as possible.

We are a small business, we work with carefully calculated prices, 70% of our production is ethical in Europe, which is a responsible choice but comes at a real cost. We finance most of the delivery costs ourselves, but we cannot also finance the return costs. Therefore, we encourage motivated purchases to limit returns and our footprint.

It is therefore a genuine choice guided by both environmental and economic considerations.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are only available for France.

Please visit our returns portal and select the item you wish to exchange and the new size you require. A prepaid label will be generated at the end of your request and will also be sent to you by email.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can choose the €5 delivery method with Mondial Relay or Colissimo, or the €8.50 delivery method with Chronopost.

Once your package has been received and processed by our returns department, we will validate your exchange. You will receive a new order confirmation.

For other countries, this is not currently possible to exchange items. You must return your item and place a new order.

What is the refund period?

After receiving and checking the items in accordance with the return conditions, we will issue a refund to the payment method used for the purchase, usually within 7 business days of receiving the returned package, but the time frame may vary depending on the time of year.

What are the return conditions?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to retain proof of return. Products must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached and in their original packaging. Items cannot be returned to a store or any other address.

All items are eligible for a refund (excluding personalized items and underwear) within 14 business days of the date of receipt or collection of the package. During Braderie Solidaire sales periods, returns are only accepted in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months.

How do I create an account and what is it used for?

You can create an account to track your order history and make returns directly from your account. You can also place an order as a guest.

How can I track my order?

You can track your package using the link in the shipping email. It will redirect you to the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.

I lost my password. How can I log in to my account?

On the login page, click on “Forgot your password?” You will receive an email invitation to reset your password.

Has my order been received?

If your payment has been successful, you will receive an order confirmation email. If necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What should I do if I haven't received my order or if it has been returned to the sender?

If the delivery status is marked as delivered, you have checked your mailbox and with your neighbors, and you claim not to have received your order, please contact us.

What if I am unable to complete my payment?

If you encounter a payment issue, we recommend that you:

  • Try making your payment using a different device: smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Switch to a different web browser, such as Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.
  • Clear your browsing data and refresh the page.
  • If you are logged in with an express payment method (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.), log out by clicking on “Check out as a guest” under the “Pay now” button and check your bank details.

Banking transactions are managed by our partner Mollie, a specialist in online payments. It is possible to pay using several methods:

What is your pricing policy?

The value of our products stems from all the choices we have made in developing them: the quality of the materials, European production, the expertise of our artisans, and the quality of the finishes. We set our prices as fairly as possible, allowing everyone who has contributed to the development of our products to earn a decent living from their work. Added to this is the company's margin, which is used to pay all employees and cover operating costs. We add nothing else.
