Peony cotton velvet miniskirt. A very nice miniskirt in cotton velvet with big ribs, very thick and so soft. It is composed of a yoke in the back and four panels mounted on an elasticated belt to fit all sizes. The two front panels close with fabric-covered buttons and each has a lovely flower patch pocket. The back panels each have a patch pocket and stitching. Lots of possible combinations to keep your hands warm or to hide your little treasures.
