Description

Limited edition blue chambray cotton shirt.
To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Emile et Ida is showcasing around twenty iconic designs created since 2010.
The embroidery is brought to life using a variety of traditional techniques, such as a beaded snake, embroidered hearts and fruit, and a chain stitch embroidered leopard.
All the embroidery is done by hand, except for the text, which is machine-stitched.
This precious craftsmanship has been carried out by the women of the Ruaab Sewa cooperative, which works to promote women's independence in India.
