The crew neckline is surrounded by a ruffle that continues all the way down the button placket. Ruffles, again, run the full height of the sides at the front and back, passing over the shoulders, giving structure to the shoulders. The front panels are embellished with flat pleats. An elasticated waistband at the back creates gathers and a blousant effect. The short, puffed sleeves are also elasticated at the hem. A blouse that combines softness and character.
