Strapless top in ecru cotton voile. The stretchy, hand-embroidered smocks give this top a chic feel and the golden yellow ribbon on the straps, a casual feel. We like the contrast of the vaporous cotton with the rougher one of the cotton twill. A detail that is important for comfort: the back of the smocks is lined with a clean fabric.

Pomme de reinette and Pomme d'api, the red "reinette" print is inspired by a fabric found in the family attic and revisited by our designer Mélanie who makes it an Emile et ida exclusive. The printing is done manually with block print by Indian artisans that we met during our travels in India.

A piece that we hope will encourage you to eat apples because as the saying goes "eating an apple a day keeps the doctor away forever!
