The yoke is designed with a series of box pleats on the upper part of the bodice offering a nice fullness at the bottom. The fantasy is the frilly flounce around the neckline, which continues all along the button placket hemmed with a purple picot stitch. It is also the embroidery, handmade by Indian craftsmen in cross-stitch, on the long sleeves with elasticated cuffs with ruffled effects and between the natural mother-of-pearl buttons on the placket. The assemblies are made with English stitching.
